The kids have a new favorite – something Bradley has given the alluring name of ‘Kung Fu Tofu Soup’; what kid wouldn’t like to eat that?
The kids will choose kung fu tofu over pretty much any other options.  And the coolest part is that they will eat the carrots, mushrooms, celery, zucchini, tofu and pretty much anything else that Bradley throws in there. And even better? They get to USE CHOPSTICKS! How awesome is that?!
I remember eating top ramen much like this when a roommate and I shared a basement apartment in my early 20’s. In fact, it was a staple that I’d eat nearly every night. You can’t beat 15 cent noodles with a few veggies thrown in for a cheap meal, and I think it is pretty darned cute that my own kids, at ages 3 and 8, are in the same boat I was in when I was 21.
(*Side note – we are aware of the sodium content of ramen and don’t add the entire flavor packet…)
