Cake maker

Gigi and I baked a carrot cake filled with every sort of dried fruit I could pull out of the freezer.  We frosted it with Tamara’s delicious icing and gigi dusted coconut over the top as angel fluff.  I let her have a taste from the bag of coconut to which she soured and replied ” I am glad it is not the only thing to eat.”

I asked her what she would eat if she could only have one item for all the rest of her days and she answered “Mac N Cheese”!  Which makes a lot of sense.
