To kick off a month of Christmas covers, I decided to lead with George.  I loved this song when I was a kid.  I loved that it was really a love song, as well as one of those instances where the guy is the one admitting his own vulnerability.  To mix things up I tried to slap the song together as though George were fronting U2 circa The Unforgettable Fire period…  I had a lot of fun playing Edge.  While it is still chock full of faux pas, I spent a little more time tracking some extra stuff in here.  I am happy to see I am getting faster at these little exercises.
