Gigi was out of school because of conferences , Jude needed a breath of fresh air, and Daddy’s been missing the babies because he’s always building these days.  So on a bright crisp day last week Bradley put our Woodland Park Zoo pass to good use and took the kids on an adventure.

Gigi made friends with the penguins on this trip.  As she held out her hands, the penguins would swim up to her to see what those little hands held.  As she would move her hands the penguins would follow.

As she told the story to me I could see the wonder in her eyes at her ability to communicate and play with the penguins.  She has made a new set of friends.
